After being high street based for nearly 10 years, I felt the need to just take a step back and re-evaluate where my business was going. I wanted to be different from the every day salon you see on the high street, I wanted a more unique and relaxing environment for my clients, to be able to input more time into each treatment, and allow my clients the time to just sit back and unwind and enjoy a fresh cup of tea or coffee, and a chat with their treatments without the feeling of being hurried out of the salon. somewhere where it was peaceful enough to enjoy a massage, and relaxing enough to leave feeling like they have been in a spa all day.
